Our Yoga program with Liz is perfect for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Liz will teach you techniques that will strengthen your core, arms, legs, glutes and back. Liz’s Yoga program will also increase your flexibility through elongation of muscle groups. In addition to all the lengthening and strengthening you will be doing in class, you will learn how to connect to your breath and let go of daily stressors. You will walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
